Disney Props

I would love an authentic model of the Star Speeder from Star Tours.

Although with the work Lucas has been doing lately I'm nervous about the rides refurbishment. I may have to go back and delete this post.

(No Rocketeer stuff? I'm so disappointed in myself)

The Disney store just started selling limited edition (1500,1600 & 2000 depending on which) replicas from Beauty & the Beast. They have a working Cogsworth clock ($99), light up Lumiere Candle($79), & Mrs. Potts/Chip tea set ($125).
I doubt they last long, they sold the pre-orders out in a day. They look to be life-size, Cogsworth is 12 and Lumiere 14 inches tall.

Not sure if this thread is still open, but props I'd like would include cricket jar from mulan, stitch's gun (although I want to make it blow bubbles), Pocahontas's necklace, Ariel's tail (or just a mermaid tail), Treasure planet stuff (map, hoverboard with solar flares), the Shepherds Journal from Atlantis (which has already been mentioned), aaand some other stuff for sure. :p

I want Lumiere. Just Lumiere.

I played Babette (the feather duster) when my high school did Beauty and the Beast and remembered how much I LOVED Lumiere.

i'm making the beast's rose... that's so simple and cheap! and chicks will dig it

Juno has replicated the Bedknobs & Broomsticks props, as mentioned earlier. There's a post about it on here somewhere.

This is all I have for now!

Oh, and my ideal prop to own would be the Wicked Witch of the West's Hourglass from The Wizard of Oz.

The stained glass montage seen in the opening credits of Beauty and the Beast really caught my eye. I'm very tempted to try my hand at some stained glass renditions.

If anyone is still interested in the Beauty and the Beast stained glass window and life-sized Lumiere, I saw an article on the Disney Parks Blog which said that these and other Beauty and the Beast Merchandise was coming to New Fantasyland at WDW. Full article here:

I would like to chime in!

I second the Beauty & the Beast Stained Glass from the opening scene

and will follow up with

Working wooden clock from Pinocchio (there was a really small replica made by Kevin Kidney & Jody daily years ago...which I missed unfortunately)
Opening Scene Pinocchio Book (they've made a few others Snow White & Sleeping Beauty.....but alas...no pinocchio!)

Made these a couple of years ago for my sister, Cogsworth and Lumierefrom Beauty And The Beast, let me know what you think. 20130909_071414.jpg20130909_071445.jpg20130909_071456.jpg20130909_071503.jpg20130909_071510.jpg20130909_071519.jpg20130909_071528.jpg20130909_071622.jpg20130909_071720.jpg20130909_071727.jpg

Firefoxm31:

One of those Nautilus 11 footers cost a fortune. Been thinking of building one of those some day. When I get back in the US and have time.

I finally broke down and did a Mr. Incredible suit using Sonjou's base pattern.

The little chainmail looking pattern is actually the emblem repeated over and over again.
