Custom iron-on lettering help?

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me (make me) an iron-on decal for a jacket.
I'd like it to be similar to the "Nostromo" iron-ons used on the Mk3 Alien jackets but instead I'd like it to say "Acheron Colony LV-426". Maybe in the Nasa font.

If anyone here has the capability to produce something like that, please let me know.

I'm wanting something like this but with the 'Acheron Colony' lettering arched like a rainbow with 'LV-426' centered under it. (not necessarily with this font, but something "futuristic" or even just a stencil font is okay.
I don't have a program that lets me bend text.
I have an area on the back of my vest that's 9.5" high and 15" across.

That looks cool. I like the font alot. The only thing is it's Acheron not Archeron. :)
And to fit on the back of my vest the LV-426 would have to be in a smaller font than the rest of it.
Very nice though and the arched lettering is exactly what I'm looking for.
