They talked about the chase bikes on Mythbusters when they tried the "pole in the wheel flips the bike" myth. Belive they had one of the chase bikes

The bike Indy was on was a Dnepr MT11 (probably because the engine looks like a BMWs) but I don't know the year or the sidecar type. I would imagine it's a Dnepr or maybe even a Ural sidecar.
The chase bikes were also supposed to look like BMWs but they weren't, they were Honda XL500S.
