Re: RC Sand Crawler build.

Thanks for all the comments guys. As I've said its one of Randys more straight forward builds unless you are go for alot of extra detailing like me and it does look really impressive when its done and dusted.

I see some really, really nice painting there! One of my favorite vehicles,.... come to think of it I like them all, but you did an awesome job on it!

Re: RC Sand Crawler build.

This is a great looking model that was made even better by a fantastic paint job. Well done! If you ever run out of room to display the thing you are welcome to send it to me for display. No No, dont thank me, it really is no trouble.

Re: RC Sand Crawler build.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Actually I am starting to run out of room in my cupboard. It originally was going to be a tribute to all the Gerry Anderson spacecraft of my youth, but then I discovered this site and SW vehicles have somewhat taken it over.
I want to paint a DeathStar background ( I did one in my youth for a mate of mines bedroom decades ago ) to slip over the moon so I can interchange things and do the same with the bottom of the cupboard. I've still a Alpha Moon base Eagle landing pad to finish but when I started it it was a little to beyond my capabilities and looked very poor and weighed far too much, but I've learnt a few things since then and will go back to it next year. this is my prop cupboard for now- plenty more pieces to get eventually!!!
