Some Recent works on Iron Man 2 replica : MARK IV / VI Statue / Armor W.I.P

So I got the hand plate and glove (half done or I will model it again...) so far not really like to have it in this way for statue form :lol.

Okay, here with some update :)
The knee armor is okay, but the thigh armor piece is really a pain for me to model it... but I guess figured out something new for modeling now ;)

Oh I remember the thighs... They aren't fun! Great work so far! Any chance we can see a bit of the mesh :) I'm curious how you solved some areas :p

Keep it up!

Amazing work man! This is insane! Sorry if I missed it earlier, but what are you planning for this model? Wearable suit or statue? Will the file be available for purchase?

Thanks for the kind words . Will make both Statue and wearable armor . The file is not available . ;)

Thanks bro, haha... only when you go through the scratch build experience... then you know how I feel... :)
I'm not sure if this view of wire mesh is okay, but I basically modeling some of the parts and let them stay disconnected... will export when ready to set print and merge them in Rhinoceros :)

That's smart! I connected everything in the first place before I subdivided it. With all the detail lines you know what that means... Point for point and edge for edge restrictions and adjustments :D
I'm happy I finished it. It was a great learning experience:)

Yeah.. haha, now would be my turn for training course :D

masked rider; skylu3Design; If I may suggest.... finish the helmet and get it printed for molding. I would love to be able to buy the suit in 2 pieces. First so I can get an awesome helmet and second so when I roll up on the suit it would be a little less since I don't have to buy a new helmet.

This should help as well with the production costs by bringing in a little cash to help keep the project moving.

I am sure that there would be a nice waiting list for them.
