MR darth Maul f/x saber questions

I looked for info to take apart a Master replicas Darth Maul saber and come up empty. Anyone know how to remove the blade, or can they point me in the direction on a site with some info?

And, has anyone replaced the soundboard on one of these with more accurate sounds? That was the most disappointing thing with the Maul saber was that it sounded like all the others, while in TPM Mauls saber had a very unique buzz saw type of sound to it. I'd love to have it in the F/X saber.

This thread on TCSS forums has a good tutorial on taking apart the Maul. I used it to take apart mine and didn't run into any problems.

For upgraded sound you'll need to buy from either Plector Labs or Hyperdyne, but both kits are very expensive.
