The skins look like thet're from an HDPE stunt helmet from ANH,as to whether it's based on a real surviving helmet or just a generic representation I'll leave that to the experts

Looks like a scan/model of the right (as wearing) side of the trooper, then mirrored. Looks alot like the Davin felth TK to me. Perhaps that was its base?
