Heat shaping plexiglass?

I am trying to shape a 1mm sheet of Plexiglas without access to a vacuformer. Does anyone have a recommendation for what temp/time combination to use in the oven so I can pull it out and shape it? I have run it through several times for 10min at 200 deg. F so it should be preshrunk.

I am trying to make a new watch crystal, so it needs to bend in several directions at once, once I take it out of the oven.

Would I be better off building something like this and using my oven's broiler setting to heat it?

Many thanks!

Unfortunatly, space is a very serious issue. I need something small. I do plan on using wood to make the vacuum table rather than the project box suggested on the Make site. It that the concern you had?
