I got it on e-bay. hells_kitchencc

is the ebay name. he has a web site too by the same name. I love the Cowl its sturdy...like a helmet.

Here's my WIP.

Cowl: Reevz Jim Lee Hush
Grey Suit: Eastbay compression top & pants
Chest Emblem: From BatTexan
Trunks: standard Lycra/spandex wrestling trunks
Gloves: Armoured Paintball gloves
Gauntlets: from BatTexan
Belt: ammo belt, dyed yellow
Buckle: Custom made and velcroed on.
Cape: on order, coming from the master
Boots: Gotham 100s on order

I dont have a full suit yet but I'm working on Arkham and 89 styles. So far I've made the cowls for each of em, getting capes soon.
