what is the best thing to buff with? I tried a dremel on the slowest speed and it just stripped it off... what do you guys use?

yeah thats what I figured... but I did a test where I painted one thing with spraypaint, then the other copy with rub n' buff - and they really look almost identical...

I went through my Rub N' Buff phase. It CAN produce some nice effects... but, you know, the stuff is a pain in the ass to work with... I'd suggest thinking of an alternative... especially if you have to cover a large area with uniform consistency.

Go to a fabric store and get about a running foot of foam backed velour car headliner material. Cut it into 1" x 1.5" squares and you'll have about a 5 year supply of little buffing pads. :)
