Can someone identify the maker of this LOTR sword?

Someone recently gave me this sword and I can't for the life of me figure out who the maker is. It's an Arwen sword and though this isn't my auction (this one ended) my is identical right down to the display base.

Looks like a noble collection piece.

Yep, it's the Noble Collection version of Hadhafang (Awren's sword). The sword is no longer available from Noble. Of course since the seller does not mention Noble, I guess there is always the possibility that it's a knock-off and the seller is just using the Noble picture.
