In the old thread that discussed roto-casting machine building, someone had a link to a source for miter gears. Well, the thread is gone, and along with it, the link.

I have tried googling "Miter Gears" and found many types of transmission gears that aren't what I am looking for.

I hope that the vast knowled of this board can help me locate a source for miter gears and pulleys for a metal version of this: http://solsylva.com/cnc/rotomold.html

What say ye folks?

I would try Boston Gear ,They have a large selection, also Mcmaster Carr might have what you need.
Also i would go to a brass gear, they cost more but will last longer.
