BTW... We also making a seperate mould with the diamond plate.
Same sharpness same proportions.

That looks stunning. Any idea about price range, ball park or firm price, and will that include the helmet, or do I need to visit the Weaselfinger dude for the helmet.

those chest rods look like the shoulder rods from an r2 unit!

Ooops lightsheet doesn't exist anymore, I meant EL sheet (if you'll do a Google search, you'll know what it is and why I suggested this thing:D)

We are looking into the option of using led lights.
I want the lights to beam up brightly when a switch is turned on.

I am also looking into lasers.

The eyes is the most dificult thing to figure out. Today with CGI rendering everything can be logic. But with light in the eyes it will maybe be to bright for the wearer.

TMP, absolutely beautiful work :thumbsup

I noticed you mention you may have concerns about lighting up the eyes. I'm assuming you're using LEDs. What you can do, is sand the tip of the LED flat. This will give you a wide angle, diffused glow. Then paint the rest of the LED (minus the tip, of course) in an opaque, flat black. This should keep the glow from blinding the wearer. Just an idea, though.
