Help! Batman Prop Replica Identification...

I wanted to put this up for sale but I don't know which Batman movie this resin prop came from. I bought this at a Los Angeles model kit show a few years back. There's a possibility it might be an original design as opposed to a replica of a screen-used prop. I don't know. Does anyone remember this design? Thanks in advance!

This is indeed from a BatFilm. This specific Grappler is one that was used in Batman Forever but also slightly seen in B&R on the gadget wall. The scene this specific grappler comes from is in the Riddler's lair when Bats is falling to his watery doom.
