Hanging Katana Scabbard from EVA Foam

I'm in the process of making a Samurai Boba Fett costume and am debating on what to do about my Katana's. The are foam with wooden scabbards and I am trying to work out a way to hang them from an EVA foam utility belt that I am crafting. Any suggestions?
