Red Jammer v1.0

I was lucky enough to purchase one of Nice-N/Mike Salzo's Red Jammer kits recently.
I've decided to 'back date' it to it's original state when the original miniature was shipped to the UK to be used for building the Fullsize set piece in early 1976.
Using one of Dave G's engine armatures, an Airfix Saturn V, and Jason's greeble parts it was a simple conversion.
Thanks to the extremely clear pictures in the new Japanese Chronicles book, I'll be able to replicate the original paint job too.

Is it going to be 'half-finished' like that, too? Partially painted, partially detailed?

Are you going to build a replica shipping crate for it?

Yep and yep :D

Haven't decided if I'm going to put the glue marks on the engines yet, or not.
It would appear the Plastruct 'T' sections had been glued to the right engine and later removed.
