Te Fiti from Moana help

Hi all, new here. I am wanting to create a Te Fiti in my front yard. Does anyone know where I could come up with a giant female head (in the order of 4ft)? To cast as a mold? My plan is to make a hypertufa casting and propagate moss on it. The rest of her body will be made by mounding soil and growing grass. I am going to make her lying down, this picture is for reference only, I couldn't find a screen cap of her lying down.

At that size I would think 1"x2"s and ferring strips may go a long way. Maybe a light weight underform and chicken wire, sorry poultry netting for the politically correct, for form.

Thanks for the suggestion, that'd be great if I could make something that would actually end up looking like a human face.

What about carving out of polystyrene then covering with a bit of fibreglass, after that you could spray it with green grass seed and go from there.

Unfortunately I don't possess those kinds of artistic skills, so I was hoping I could find something to cast.

The size is just too large. Anything that you could buy (and I haven't found anything) would be super expensive AND super expensive shipping.
