Looking for advice/pattern to modify collar/cuffs for 12th Doctor shirt.

So I am trying to either find a relatively SA shirt on a time crunch for cheap, or modify an existing shirt's collar and cuffs to make a close enough. I am going to Ottawa Comic Con in May, and I really want a decent looking white Twelve-ish shirt for meeting Capaldi and my cosplay volunteering. Please help, RPF!
