Thermal detonator

This thread shows photos of my Thermal detonator project, 3D models based on photos of the Master Replicas version. I would like to add working electronic sound/light/switches to it as well, as of now, I've hacked a bike 3 led-light array to be used for one of them. IF only there were more Disney hot potato Thermal detonators available, I would gut a few of those for the parts needed.

3D models designed in Autodesk Fusion 360, then 3D printed by Shapeways:

The two half spheres are designed so they can be screwed on/off eachother with a tiny twist. The top switch is designed to be held in place with a tiny screw.

Looks really good, much better than the one I made.

These are great. Wish I knew more about small electronics work so I could wire up one of these with lights and sounds.

Same here. I did buy a few Arduino starter kits and various other electronic parts some years ago, but never got around to actually learn to use them.
