Not my best work but probably one of my most creative. In late 2015 I did something called a 5 hour build self challenge for my Junior year review exhibition. I already had alot to show but I wanted to have one more big piece just because.
Basically I raided my college's E- waste bin and went through my greeble drawers to make a cool character within 5 hours. I worked about 1 hour for 5 days.
This is the end result. A gatling gun and com backpack made of a variety of found materials.
The character itself had alot of recycled parts from my freshman projects, the helmet being my first ever project using bondo,( really hated that project.), and tyhe body is just an old duct tape dummy held up on a welded frame.
It's painted with Rustolium spray paint ( mostly hammered spray paint) and muddy/rusty acrylic paints.
Really not at all my best work but a good project to practice thinking and working on your feet!
