Wreck it Ralph Bust

Hey everyone. Not long ago I decided to finally make my first bust. I went with Ralph because he's not super detailed and offered some unique challenges to learn. At this point i'm close to done. I need to refine some more forms, and work some more on the hair, but I'm slowly but surely getting there. I hope to get him molded within a few weeks.

Looks great! What type of clay did you use?

I've only worked with Apoxie Sculpt, but I want to start working with something like Chavant NSP or Monster Clay.

Thanks CTStudio. This was sculpted with Chavant NSP hard. I have used Monster Clay as well, but it wasn't until recently that they started making a hard version, so I'll be picking some of that up soon.

Finally got around to finished the sculpt for Ralph. Now on to molding and casting. Hopefully I can get it finished before the end of the year.

Probably a dumb question but how do you find the Chavant NSP soft vs hard? Is the hard really difficult to manipulate without warning it? I do find the soft a little too malleable and am considering switching to hard.
