Restoring a Force FX Lightsaber

I just purchased a Mace Windu Force FX Lightsaber from a neighbor at a garage sale for $5. It's in pretty good condition actually but the pin at the base is missing and the blade is pretty scuffed and scratched up.

I am wondering if anyone knows where I can get replacement parts and also how I can remove the scratches and scuffs from the blade?

Also look at the last picture and I am wondering if there's a paint I can use to repaint the black to fix the wear on the end.

I'm not sure if you can get replacement parts, but I'd try ebay. For the blade youll have to buff out the scratches. I would wet sand the blade starting with 800 grit. Use circular motions. For the bottom you can repaint it with gloss black enamel paint. To finish it off, buff the metal parts with metal polish and a microfiber cloth. Voila!
