I'm new into prop building and looking at building my first prop: vintage Graflex ESB Saber! Simple enough to do, but I am looking at using as many vintage parts as (practically) possible, which is leading me on a search for a vintage HP-44 Bus Card and, possibly a bit more easy to find, a vintage Kobold D-Ring. So I pose this question to all who are far more verse in this than I am: What are the big differences on these two pieces that can clue me on on whether or not a piece is vintage? I assume that the replicas are made ready to be placed into the saber, but I have never seen a vintage of either piece before so I'm not entirely sure what those differences are.
