Resources for Costume Cable Puppetry?

Hey Everyone.

I'm currently looking at several different projects and one thing that I'd like to incorporate is some sort of cable puppetry for a moving mouth and possibly eyes.

Think like a Big Bird costume with one arm concealed doing the puppetry.

Are there any resources or builds out there that are useful? I am searching Google & Youtube and am getting a general idea but wanted there seems to be a lack of info outh there. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried looking at http://www.stanwinstonschool.com . While it is not free there are multiple tutorials many aspects of character creation including puppetry. I have purchased the DVD's on metallic painting techniques - full of little tricks that make things look that much more realistic and professional. Hope this helps.
