I still need to print the four side greeblies. I keep printing them too big.
I'm not sure how I'm going to glue them on, the spots they go are not
flat. Any Ideas?

Mounting tape? Never heard of that. Would it help for the uneven surface? I was thinking of getting out the dremel and grinding
the curves in the bottom so it will sit flush.

There are also a lot of 3M products that or for mounting you can find in automotive stores. Basically anything that is a decent name brand, rated for a decent amount of weight and indoor/outdoor use.

If you are 3D printing, maybe make the bottom of the pieces with a little recessed area for the tape to fit in but still make contact. Or use a thinner material like people use on the lightsaber T-track grips. That is if you are worrying about sticking up too high. I've not had an issue with the applications I have used the tape for.
