Bought another one of these old kits and am working on painting it up to look similar to the MPCs that ILM painted for some of their background shots! Will update this thread with pics as I progress.

That's how I want to redo my old MPC X-wing too! I'll be following your thread closely, you're off to a fantastic start!

I did do a little bit more work on it, but haven't put as much time into it the past few days. But I'll me moving along soon! I did paint and glue the canopy into place.
