The packaging for The Last Jedi merch has been previewed, which gives us a small teaser shot of our heroes. Source
Here are the costume differences so far:

Finn
-New undershirt

Rey
-Half up/half down hairstyle
-A new wrap dress
-New black undershirt
-Bracer and arm wraps from her main TFA outfit, and not the Resistance version seen at the end of the film.
