For the 11th straight year, a bunch of mostly Minnesota RPFers will be putting on a Propatorium (prop display) at Marscon. We've also done SpringCon/MSP ComiCon, Fallcon and Crypticon. We have a good assortment of mostly replica props from Aliens, Star Wars, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Harry Potter and more. A couple of the Dalek builders from Wisconsin will be bringing in a Dalek, an RC K-9 with a perfect K-9 voice will be flying in, a local mobile Tardis will be appearing, plus we may be getting a Davros and Cyberman again. Plus blasters, pulse rifles, MST3K bots...
A new cool addition to the con this year is that The Saber Legion will be coming! To fight! With lightsabers! http://www.saberlegion.org So that'll be a pretty cool thing to watch.
Marscon is March 3 - 4 at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport. Additional guests include Jeffrey Combs, Judy Tenuta, an extensive Dementia Musical guest list and more.
