Making a Spider-Man Costume on an $11 Budget

Well hi there guys, recently I've been thinking in making a Spider Man costume for some charity events, and as a dude with not a whole lot of resources, I came to the conclusion that the suit was going to be done on a budget.
The design goes to the basics. Red and blue Lycra, Romita-esque eyes, fat little spider on the back and I'm in between the Ditko and Bagley Front Spider. And I'm not really sure if adding the armpit webbing. (BTW I'm sewing it all by hand, I don't really have a sewing machine so...)

For the suit: I bought some blue leggings (about $4,70), and 2.00 Meters ( about 7 feet) of red cotton Lycra which came again to around $4,70 ( I'm Mexican, so about $100 Mexican pesos)

For the eyes: Drew the shape on a DVD black box as well as cut them and will use either reflective lenses ir white mesh for the inner part.

For the webs: Just using a regular black pen and for pasting the lenses I bought some silicone glue which came about 2 bucks.

Another thing I'm interested in is in making a Muscle suit with maybe cotton and some old shirts, so maybe that will come in later. Anyways I'll be putting progress images for all people interested in making a Budget Cosplay. (I'm not really into the whole printing the suits technique).

Thanks for the attention guys :)

Just finished a part of the upper section, made a shirt and will make the sleeves tomorrow, then will cut the respective red part of the design.

Then proceded to make the mask, and cut it on a Bagley-esque shape for it to take the shape of my face so it won´t look all spreaded over my nose and mouth. I will also be avoiding the use of a Faceshell to keep the feel of a homemade/simple/cheap/affordable suit that a literal poor teenager would make. Another thing I made was the emblem out of a very thin plastic sheet from an old notebook, and will be attaching it with a very strong yet flexible glue called 5000 here in Mexico. Similar to Gorilla Glue. And that´s about it for now guys. :) BTW that's my little brother on the lenses test on the mask, that's why it looks loser than it is...

*UPDATE*
The suit is almost finished, there are some minor details to fix, get finished, like tightening the arm area, maybe getting some web wings, and of course, what would a modern spiderman cosplay would be today without the moving eyepieces, only this time they are intended to work without a faceshell, Its just a prototype for now, and as I told before, it is not finished yet, but there is more to come :)
(Note:I have not gone out of budget yet, so the cheap factor continues.)

*Another quick Update*
A little tease of the individually moving eye pieces, again no faceshell, and a little messy for now, there are yet to be pasted and the mask to be cleaned, as well as a quick look at th suit on someone. (Sorry for the crappy quality, its a screenshot of a video recorded at night, yet no photoshop.)
