Cylon Centurian Neck Gorget

I have looked everywhere and I can not find any measurements or templates for creating the neckpiece of a Cylon Centurian. It is more of a Gorget for them, but I'm going to use it for a different piece.

That swoop is so nice! It will be very helpful to protect my back neck and head area.
