So after 44 hours it's done printing!

This is straight off the printer (no sanding, etc)

You can see the straw tucked inside with the lid up. I printed it to hold the straw.

Thanks guys. So my next step is sanding it and painting it. I'm wondering if I should stick with the diet Pepsi version which I will need to find graphics for the front and back or do I paint it black and blue and go for the Pepsi perfect version which I have Roland's decal.

It would be cool to see you try the Diet Pepsi white version! Maybe someone here could help with the logos and text etc :) but any would be cool to see :)

So I now have the decals. They aren't perfect but they are gonna work.

Within the last few days I puttied any noticeable blemishes and sanded and sanded and sanded. i now have two coats of sandable primer (not pictured) on it and will apply the third shortly. After that i'll give it one more sand to smooth it as much as possible and then apply the white finished paint. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

3 coats of primer now applied. I'm gonna let it sit over night and sand it in the morning and hopefully get it painted.

So this is the final coat of filler/primer. One more sanding after it dries and it will be time to paint it white. Unfortunately when you print with PLA it's just about impossible to get every blemish removed but I can promise you I got it as good as it's going to get, which is going to have to be good enough.

So I just finished wet sanding the bottle. I'm very happy with it. I just applied the first coat of white paint.

So I think I'm going to go for a Pepsi Perfect version and paint it black and see how it comes out. There's really no reason not to attempt it.

I'd also like to do a Slice version but I, for the life of me, cannot find those graphics I once know were here. Jedifyfe do you happen to have them? Also any idea what paint color was used for the Slice bottle?
