Battlestar Galactica Jacket Tutorial?

Does anybody out there have a tutorial on making a Battlestar Galactica Pilot Jacket? I apparently already have the buckles, but now need the jacket. I don't have too much money to buy one, but I am a seamster so I'd rather just make my own from scratch. I found this diagram on google but am actually looking for a tutorial. Any help is appreciated

I may still have an old set of patterns that were taken from screen used costumes, I'll check and get back to you this weekend.

That would be awsome! If I can't afford, can I just have measurements? Of the piping and lining?
