X-Wing Spotted in the streets of Hollywood !

It looks a little odd proportion wise.
Not sure if it was one of those things where it was built to only be viewed at a certain angle, or if maybe the picture is off, or if it is just me..but the fuselage looks too small( or length too short?), or maybe it just tapers down to the nose too much?
Looking at it from eye level (in other pics I've seen) it looks fine

Looking at the lane markings on the street, I think there's just some heavy lens distortion going on there - lines all seem to be converging towards the lower part of the pic. More interestingly - that's Red 3, are we going to get a Biggs cameo in R1?
