catwoman mask questions

Hello all, I'm working on a couple of julie newmar style catwoman props. I would like to make her mask and ears to display with her catwoman pistol I am currently working on.

Are there any templates available as well as the knowledge of the materials used? Also, I would really like to replicate her necklace if possible.
