Hello everyone
I've decided to build the whole suit

Here are some reference pics
I wanted to show you how I made the helmet. I mostly used 5mm Eva and some 2mm for the ears and minor details (gray parts)
This was as far as a got after 4 hrs. The helmet has mo many small details
I glued a an Eva stripe vertically so it holds its shape. I also put a brace in the helmet. After this part I was thinking of whether I put the simple mouth piece or the one with the lips.....
I decided to go for the more awesome detailed mouth piece. Doesn't it look badass?
In case you're wondering how I made that mouth piece I free handed the pattern. Here's a pic of the pieces. If you want just download the pic and trace it on a paper
After that I sealed the foam with acrylic emulsion mixed with black acrylic so it also acts as base color. 2 layers was enough.
Then comes the paintjob. Matt plasti dip on the whole helmet. After it dried (1 day) I sprayed the ears and the sides with glossy black. Here's the final pics
