I love it,,, hell yes ill get that on the drawing board ....Any dimensions out there ?? or close up pic

The ANH flash hider/barrel looks great. Have you considered making a few without the holes in the flash hider as with the ESB stunt / Dagobah / Muppet blasters? I can't be the only one who'd like to make a nice version of that prop... :)

Here's the thread with photos of two of these stunt props:

Well, the Muppet stunt blaster was a cast from the ANH hero, like the Merr Sonn blasters. They just filled the holes on the flash hider for molding. You can see the divots from the holes in photos of the props.

What Dann said! Just use your current program and omit the steps where you drill the holes and you're done :)

The scope mount seems pretty easy too? Two pieces of plate (the scope-side and gun-side portions of the mount are different thicknesses) and 2 countersunk screws through the top of the scope-side plate into the edge of the gun-side to fix them together?

The mount on the better documented stunt blaster was broken and repaired... close-ups here:

There's a side view photo of another one of the (unbroken) stunt blasters here:

(the ESB blooper reel shows an unbroken shot of Vader catching 3 of these stunt blasters in rapid sequence, so unless they were doing hot-potato off camera it implies there were at least 3... making the broken-mount one the odd one out)

Holes for mounting of the scope mount to the Mauser are in the same location as on the ANH hero scope mount.
