Like so many others I plan on cosplaying as the Joker from Suicide Squad. However, I haven't seen anyone else attempt this particular version yet. And one good thing about it is that this is his second most concealing outfit so people who aren't as ripped as Leto can pull it off and only a couple of the the tattoos are visible so that saves a lot of time to (main reason I'm doing this one lol). I asked for some help in the Jared Leto Joker thread but I haven't gotten any response in about a week and I don't want to bump the thread for my own purposes so I thought I would just start my own thread to try and help anyone else that wants to do this version as well.
Now onto the actual costume:
Hair- growing it out and already bought dye
Makeup- DIY at the moment but I think it'll come out ok
Tats- Have to order them online, skeptical of the quality though
Shirt- DONE
Vest- need to get
Pants- need to get
Shoes- need to get
Gloves- need to find some accurate looking ones
Gun- ORDERED just waiting on arrival for painting and custom grips
I am almost positive his vest is brown, although the picture above looks kinda purple-ish. I think his shoes are brown too but I could use some other opinions to verify. I'll also be making his gun (which will be pictured below). The only problem I'm having is finding some good gloves and since I haven't done ANY makeup before any tips would be greatly appreciated. I plan to have this done by October for a Con.
