My Eight Window Seaview quest

I just made my Polar Lights Movie Seaview & I am not happy with it.

I need to get more radical with the forward manta fins, move the conning tower back 10mm (& build it up a bit), move the launch bays back by the same, & shorten the nacelles by 2mm. I am basing my measurements & design off the 8.5' movie & series model. I have no idea right now how I will tackle the nose window issues but it's not impossible.
I will post my progress on another model I just purchased in a couple of weeks for any interested in this.

Lots of research later on my Blu Ray VTTBOTS movie...
The 4 foot was definitely the pattern for the Aurora model, but they (Aurora) effed up the nose big time.

So I bought a Moebius 1/350 TV Seaview, hacked off the nose & built a new one with epoxy putty. It took longer than I thought it would as I kept re-shaping it... and it's still not perfect, but I'll hang with this one until I do another. Thanks to Paul Lubliner & his invaluable info.
