This isn't a topic I have been able to find on here, but has anyone had much experience making breasts? I have a client in need of a life like silicone breast appliance for prop and costume use. Small to Medium in size, nothing crazy.
I'm familiar with the silicone process, I just haven't done much with it.
- I'll probably go with Ecoflex, just not sure how soft. Any suggestions?
- How well do the softer silicones hold their shape? Some sag might not be a bad thing, but just unsure how much to expect. Or if I should sculpt them in a somewhat gravity neutral position and let gravity do it's thing? Or am I overthinking it?
- Is there a good cheap material to do a test run before I run the silicone? I was thinking Alja-Safe or some kind of alginate.
Any other suggestions or tips would be great.
Thanks!
