JD Master Member Sep 4, 2016 #2 I didn't find Morgan to be a bad movie - it just seemed like it didn't try hard enough. Not enough set up and not enough payoff - still worth a watch. It wanted to be a scarier, more straightforward Ex Machina and just never got there.
