Fallout 3 Power Armor Build

Hi All!

I'm about to start building a T45d Power Armor Suit from stratch. I plan on using the pepakura method to construct most, if not all, of the armor. Do any of youhave any suggestions/tips&tricks.

If you're using foam, don't do what I did and try to fix insufficient sanding with more caulk. Just keep sanding until the surface is 99,9% smooth, then you can fill the last 0.1% with caulk. Sanding is tedious so it's easy to get lazy, but just keep sanding! That's the main thing I can take away from my Space Marine build.
