This is my pyramid head build. I'm looking to rebuild it bette. This was my first build and it's quite heavy and hard to wear for more then a hr or two at a time.
The great knife I made with a steel plate core with spray foam insulation for thickness and plywood outer covering and all held together with 1/2 inch bolts then airbrushed.
The head is pretty much the same as the knife but without the steel core. The small triangles in the helmet are mesh with a black cloth backing and I mounted a motorcycle helmet in the peak complete with chin strap so it won't fall off.
It's quite front heavy and weaghs in at about 20lbs
For the boots I modified a pair of ski boots with square steel and 3/4inch plywood for a 1ft lift.
The body is a generic muscle man top with some custom sewing and airbrushing.
