Reznor9's Batsuit: Arkham Origins V3

The latest revision of my V3 Origins Armor complete with battle damage. Still made of 100% foam... with the exception of the neckpiece as it was made to compliment the Gauntlet FX Cowl/neckpiece combo..
This torso was a quick 1 day build. From cutting to assembly to painting it was done in about 5 hours. Along with the rest of the costume it is shipping out to a customer tomorrow. I haven't built one with battle damage in a while(i dont understand people are that like their armor unscathed) and I just wanted to share.

amazing work as usual..i cant seem to find an origins cowl w/ the neck piece anywhere...are there any foam files out on the web for the neck piece?

Are you going to be selling full suits in urethane? Or selling Printable 3D files?

Urethane is the main goal. Not sure when that will take place. But all the accessories will be made before he main suit.
Puttijg it on pause right now to work on my AK batsuit

This is incredible.

Do you think you'd ever tackle the Arkham Origins Robin costume?

Cause if you did I would so wanna get that.

Or even just the shin armour in red.

I love that take on the bvs emblem and Robin chest! Looks so good!!

Looking great as always Jerry! I really like that Robin armor.

Thanks guys. I should have put those yellow rectangle things going down the center of the chest I'll try that next time.

How do you attach your utility belt? Is it mounted to the chest/body armor to keep it flush?

Belt can be mounted. But my belts are all resin cast so they are their own separate thing. That way you can wear them with other outfits.

Constantly astonished by your work! Keep it up...

appreciate man!

That looks incredible. I love the matching robin torso. How flexible are the abs and how easily can you bend over in it? Keep up the good work!

not very flexible unfortunately as far as bending forward it's pretty ridged. Might redesign it in he future for more mobility. But it will sacrifice on the look of some of details.

Just finished printing up all the pieces to my Arkham Origins boot covers and tried it on for size. I'm happy that I sized them correctly the first go around because it took forever to print all the pieces. Anyhow... I started the prep work on the knee to remove seam lines(the rest I digitally removed to get a feel of what it looks like)and have a lot of work ahead of me... unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to work on these as I'm swamped for the next week or two playing catchup on my commissioned work. So in the meantime I'll have to YouTube the hell out of how to do brush on molds and rotocasting.

How do you attach all your shin pieces together of that you have full range of motion?

What size foam did you use for each section? Check, Abs, ribs, waist?
Most of it looks to be 5mm.
