Completely overshadowed by Prince, but man... BRUTAL year.

Most famously known for directing Goldfinger, the Bond film that truly established the "formula" as well as several other great films.

A long life well lived. Rest in Peace Guy Hamilton.

Was just watching Goldfinger last night as well as Third Man (to which he was an AD on). Lived a long and good life, making some pretty good films along the way; nothing to take away from him.

Live and Let Die is one of my favorite Bond films. And Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins is one film that made up my childhood.
