In the USA: $15.00
International: $60.00 USPS (slower) or DHL (you will have to pay any import fees and taxes)
Normal shipping internationally is through USPS. They are the cheapest option, but they aren't perfect. Their tracking doesn't usually update after it leaves the USA, and sometimes they are slow (packages going to Ireland arrive on the island in a week, and then take another 4-5 weeks to make it to the destination). It's different for every country. It does not come with insurance.
IF you are international and wish for me to send your jacket with DHL, I will. DHL is faster and more secure, but there are a few downsides:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for all taxes and fees of the import. I will only put the real cost ($250) and some places charge a lot for that kind of thing. Germany for example has a 36% import fee for this (according to the post office lady I spoke with today). Australia is 27%. Japan is an oddly low 5%.
