Anyway. GREAT FILM!! The wife and I loved it. Packed house.. Everybody had fun watching it. 10/10 will see again!

I must be the only one here, but I felt really let down by this one.
It's not that it was a bad movie, but it wasn't nearly as grounded as the first. There were just too many things that were way over the top.

Not everybody is going to like it, sorry you did'nt.
It's sheer over the top mayhem is exactly what I loved about it, it poked fun about itself, and if they think THAT was gun porn, their heads will explode when Part 3 comes out

My son and I loved it. I actually jumped out of my seat a few times. It is over the top, non-stop combat but somehow they make it seem possible.
It's the "impossible mission" on the big screen.
Suspend disbelief and enjoy. It is a perfect sequel. New stuff but sticks to the theme.

Loved it. Only problem I had was how it went over the top on the number of people involved in this underground society.
Finally get to see the Pencil
If you watch the news, it seems like the only "hitmen" are actually undercover police officers. "Wife tries to hire undercover officer to whack her husband"
Yes, it plays like a first person shooter in which the bad guys keep spawning until the credits roll, but that's what we all wanted, right?

Great sequel. Though I was hoping for some subtle Matrix reference when Fishburne showed up. (If there was, it was too subtle for me to catch.)

Just came back from the cinema after seeing Wick 2. For the most part, I loved it. However, the ending left me a little disappointed. Not so disappointed where I wouldn't see it again.

I liked how there was a sense of exclusivity in the first one. The fact that EVERYONE is a hitman left a bad taste in my mouth. I do appreciate the setup for the 3rd one though.
And damn, knock Keanu on his dramatic chops all you want, but that guy absolutely works his butt off in his roles. His martial arts and firearms experience really shows.

Whole-heartedly agree on your first point.
As for his acting: I honestly like his style. I can't think of anyone else playing the parts that he's done.
Also, when it comes to his martial arts and gun-play: as someone that's trained with various rifles and handguns, I'm thoroughly impressed with how he handles his weapons. Nothing but respect for him, as an actor and as a person.
