Hi there - just took the plunge with a seller on eBay - and it was quite affordable - his description of the helmet is below

Cold Casted in aluminum and brass for the badge. 4 layers of black onyx resin and 1 layer of flexible polyurethane. This makes it light, strong and flexible. Badge is cold cast in a gold/brass mix with resin, it is a B Cast badge meaning it needs some clean up to look better

You've already paid for it, so why ask.......really?

It's not bad, but front on...it has multiple issues.

At the end of the day you will stick it on your head and everyone will think it's awesome.

When I say everyone.....I mean you.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the size or shape so I would suggest just repainting it, add padding to the inside and maybe replacing the visor with a darker one.
With enough time and effort you could have a very nice helmet there.

Be wary of EBay. This may be a recast of a recast of a recast. The badge appears to be a recast of the Planet Replicas metal badge, so that is a warning sign. If the price seems cheaper, it may be another warning sign. Upon arrival, if the walls/shape have weird uneveness and flat spots, then yes, you got what you paid for.

Here it is I'm having trouble fitting the foam around the inside of the cheek armor due to my enormous head and I will need a darker visor but other than that...
