EFX Y-wing

It occurred to me that I haven't heard anything about this in a long while. Results at the google search suggest it was supposed to be released back in April (I think). Even if it was a bit behind, I would think by now it would be so close there were would lots of news or press or something? And that EFX website brings up more questions than answers.
Thanks,

I'm new to SS models, and replicas/collectibles in general, so I don't want to come off as obtuse, and **** anyone off.

Maybe I'm a little off base, but I understood that the Efx Y-Wing was mastered by Nice-N Models, who was/is owned by at least one of the gentleman who owns Efx. Correct?
Now, Efx is remaking themselves as Master Replicas, a defunct company who used to make SW (and other) collectibles?

Master Replicas was a company that made SW replicas... went out of business. eFx was born a year or so later with some of the same people in it, some new.

At first they were very on top of their website and product schedule etc. but in the last year (maybe more now that I think about it) they have been pretty lax at keeping their site up to date and meeting their own schedules for releases. Steve Nieisen is involved with them, as well as a few others. Its been rumored but not confirmed that some of the personnel doing the product development where re-directed to build the replicas for the Disney launchbay and that's why they have been incommunicado the last many months.

eFx replicas (like the MR) are very nice... when they make them.
