I will be installing light rig into the Korbanth Graflex sabers. The lighting system includes a high power led+ optics and heatsink, battery pack, control board for the momentary switch.

Blades can be purchased for $28+ shipping from thecustomsabershop or from me for the same price

*edit * I will handle sound installs on a case by case basis depending on what the buyer wants in their saber. Right now I have 2 Master Replicas FX sound Boards which are ready to install into one of these sabers.

That depends on whether or the board the buyer decides upon has the ability to use multiple fonts. In those cases, yes.

I'm guessing this isn't possible for a beginner like myself, but is it possible to order all the internal wiring, boards, speaker, lights etc. all wired and completed and just pop it into the hilt myself on my end...or am I missing something huge that also needs to be done to the actual hilt?

So is it drag and drop, pop in the unit and play or is there still more to do, like...erm...wiring it to the button on the hilt?
I have no idea how any of this works! :wacko

Some soldering is unavoidable. Usually the switch wires to the saber switch as well as to the led. Also there will need to be a bit od drilling and tapping to keep some of the new components in place.

I've never messed with the korbanth Kylo saber so I'm not sure yet. But theoretically, yes. Just for lights though.

I will want three lights and sounds installed in my three sabers, ANH, ESB and TFA. Will these work in conjunction with the crystal chamber run too?

I have a list of 6-7 email addresses of installers who can for a price, put in electronics for light up, and sound boards in both Graflex 2.0 and crossguard...just contact me if you want that list of emails...you can contact them and see what their pricing/timeframes are

Here are a few pics of a crystal chamber from a graflex install I did before the premier. The saber has lights, sound, and in-hilt recharge.I'll post a proper thread detailing the build in the Star Wars props threads.

According to Plecter labs, their soundboards will be back in stock in a few weeks. When that happens I can get to work on a crystal chamber design. In the meantime here are some wip pics of a korbanth qui-gon install im working on.

Soundboard and battery fit snugly in a 7/8 o.d. plastic tube . the LED heatsinks are custom machined to fit the saber body.
Im just waiting on a few screws and laser cut parts then into the sabers they go.
