Batman Arkham Origins: Resin Utility Belt[Finished]

Re: Batman Arkham Origins Utility Belt

I purchased a 2" webbing duty belt and secured all the pieces to the belt using screws. This process was more time consuming than I thought it would be but totally worth it. Being used to wearing foam belts and thin plastic replicas it was a new feeling to be wearing something that had some actual weight to it as it made the belt feel more authentic.

Being my first experience with molding and casting, this project went above and beyond my expectations. I had a lot of fun with this build and I hope you guys approve of the end result..

Saw this thread and wanted to update it. After the completion of my resin belt I found myself unsatisfied with it and decided to have it redesigned from scratch. These were the masters before making the molds. New buckle design, new accurate pouches and capsules and resin highly detailed belt links. I later designed a set of smaller pouches for the rear as the ones worn in the front appeared to be larger. Just for the sake of accuracy.

This was the finished product which I think makes this far and away the most accurate representation of this belt design.

Here are a couple pics of a completed belt using a Dawn of Justice inspired brushed copper paint job I did as a special commission...
